Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.

  • Items without original tags or packaging.

  • Products purchased during final clearance or marked as non-returnable.

  • Gift cards or promotional items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos or a video of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. For all other cases, you may return the eligible item and place a new order.

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other eligible returns, return shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
